Please read through this in its entirety and understand only fully completed applications will be contacted. IF you are unable to complete these steps, you can send an email to [email protected]. We are unable to accommodate phone calls for services inquiries, though would be happy to give you a call if requested. This allows us to ensure the proper time and attention to answer your questions, thank you!
Step One:
Read through our Daycare FAQ's carefully, to make sure you understand and are comfortable with our policies and expectations.

Step Two:
Filling out the application requires your access to your dogs profile in our software. If you have been to Blue Collar Doghouse prior, with ANY dog, you may already be in our system! If you have been to us before, you can check by entering your phone number in the username section, and click 'reset password'. If you are a previous client with a number on file, a reset link will be sent to you and you will then be able to log into your account with us. If you have not been here, or do not receive a code when entering your number, follow the instructions by clicking 'Sign up'. Either way, please visit the Customer Portal to complete this step of your application.
Once in the portal, add or edit your already existing dog and scroll down until you see 'Start of Daycare Application' fill out each question, and then save your dogs profile.

Sign the daycare contract by going to your Gingr profile clicking 'Account' --> 'Waivers and Agreements' --> 'daycare and overnight care assumption of risk contract'. --> follow instructions and sign agreement electronically.

Step Four:
Upload your dogs vaccination records into your Gingr profile by clicking 'Account' --> 'Upload Records' and upload.
** Remember, we require the Bordetella vaccine every 6 months. If this is expired and you are unable to get in with your vet prior to your trial date of interest, let us know on your application by clicking "I am interested in having the Bordetella administered during my dogs trial". **

Simply use the submission form below to indicate you have finished ALL steps in the application process. This will notify us to contact you for scheduling a Trial Day. We will get back to you within 5 business days. Thank you!
