Daycare update
Hello! Thank you all for your patience as we get our new system started. We appreciate everyone's understanding and willingness to learn this new process. Below will be screen recordings of exactly how to book your daycare reservations going forward. Please be sure to watch the videos in their entirety! The ability to begin booking will begin this Thursday at 3pm but remember, reservations do not begin until FEBRUARY 3RD! The remainder of this weeks daycare is still walk-in based with no reservation required.
We do recommend downloading the 'Gingr for pet parents' app. No, it does not have the best ratings but unfortunately, it is what we must use for now as online bookings are newish in the pet world. If you follow along with the videos we have made, you should be fine! You will need our account code for the app, which is 166721.
You already have an account! If you have never used it or forgot your password, click 'reset password' and enter the mobile number you receive messages on from Gingr, that is your phone number you will use to login. It will send you a link to reset your password, and you will be able to get in!
By March 15th we will be implementing and enforcing a late cancellation policy, we recommend getting into the habit of self-cancelling daycare requests by 9am, or 2 hours before requested drop off time, whichever is earlier. We will allow daycare reservations to be booked up 10-14 days ahead of time. As of now it is 14, but may change to 10.
Important reminders: Beginning February 3rd, we are no longer offering mini visit pricing, and all dogs must be dropped off by 12pm. Packages of 10 and 20 half days are still available at the same discounted rate as follows:
Half Day $41.50 (0-5 hours)
10 Half Days $374 - 10% discount
20 Half Days $710 - 15% discount
Full Day $51.50 (5-11 hours)
10 full days $466 - 10% discount
20 full days $876 - 15% discount
*3% processing fee will be applied to card payments but can be avoided by paying with cash or check*
Please understand we are all in this together, and there will be kinks as we get this rolling. For the next few weeks, if you are struggling, do not hesitate to come down for daycare without a reservation. We will remain flexible for the first month or so while we are all adapting to this change. For any questions or issues with the system, please email [email protected]. We expect day of bookings to be possible so long as everyone cancels any unneeded bookings as early as possible. Our current set capacity is not under our general daily average!

Booking reoccurring days:
We recommend this for those who have a consistent schedule in daycare, this will allow you to book out your dates up to two weeks in advance.

Booking daycare and adding a self-wash:
You can do this both when selecting a single day for daycare, or on specific days on a reoccurring reservation! Post daycare 2 will remain available without a reservation if there is a tub open and available!
