Booking your overnight care services
You will be required to have completed a Daycare or Overnight Care Trial to book a reservation for Overnight Care.
For Existing Clients - who have never used the customer portal :
An account likely exists for you already, please DO NOT make a new one. In the Customer Portal simply enter the phone number or email on your account and click reset password. Then follow steps 3-5 below.

Booking an Overnight Trial
*For New Clients (has never been to Blue Collar EVER!)* Step One: Read through our Overnight Care FAQs Step Two: Visit our Customer Portal and fill out new customer form Step Three: Select dog you are wanting to trial and click Trial-> Overnight care trial Step Four: Answer all required questions and select your date. *Leave "with who" blank. and choose overnight care again. Step 5: Select your time of choice, review, and submit! |
Booking Overnight Care
*For clients who have passed any type of trial Step One: Log into Customer Portal *if you have an account but have never logged into the portal, enter your phone number associated with the account and click reset password* Step Three: Select dog you are wanting to book and click Overnight Care. Step Four: Select your date and estimated times. Step Five: Select Notes in the bottom right and enter info. Step 5: Review and Submit! |
