About Us

Jessica and Wade are long-time Edmonds residents and high school sweethearts from Edmonds Woodway High. From a young age, they dreamed of owning Blue Collar after Jessica spent two years as a daycare attendant and bather here.

Over the past 10 years Jessica has been steadily advancing her career in veterinary medicine as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. With her unique knowledge and experience, as well as her energy and excitement, the two hope to further enhance the Blue Collar brand and its record of exceptional service to the Edmonds and surrounding community. Throughout her veterinary career Jessica has developed a personal passion for animal behavior. From a summer in Africa working with lions, to working with behavior cases in dogs and horses, she has continued peruse further growth and development in the science of animal behavior and training.

Jessica and Wade have two dogs of their own, Griffin, a three year old Golden Retriever, and Oakley, an eight year old German Shepherd mix, along with two orange tabby cats, Timmy and Marty. (Griffin made it into the family photo, but Oakley was not in the mood for glamour shots that day. Timmy and Marty are petitioning for equal representation.)
It is their passion to provide a healthy, positive, and fun environment for the dogs of our special Edmonds community. They look forward to getting to know each of you!
