Booking your overnight care services

​You will be required to have completed a Behavioral Assessment to book a reservation for Overnight Care.

​For Existing Clients - who have visited us before:​
An account likely exists for you already, please DO NOT make a new one. In the Customer Portal simply enter the phone number or email you have used here and click continue logging in to create a password. Then follow steps 3-5 below.

Booking an Overnight Assessment
*For Clients that have not completed an assessment

• Step One: Read through our frequently asked questions carefully to make sure you understand and are comfortable with our policies and expectations.
• Step Two: Visit the Customer Portal and carefully follow the instructions to access or create an account. Please do not create a new account if your dog has been to our facility before.
• Step Three:  In the Portal select the dog you are wanting to assess and select Behavioral Assessment. Answer all of the questions on the application and select the date and time.
• Step Four: Make us a copy of your vet records showing proof of all required vaccinations. This can be uploaded in your portal, or emailed to us at [email protected]​. Once everything is completed we will reach out to confirm your assessment!

Booking Overnight Care
*For clients who have passed an assessment

• ​Step One: Log into Customer Portal
• *if you have an account but have never logged into the portal, enter your phone number associated with the account and click reset password*
• Step Three: Select dog you are wanting to book and click Overnight Care.
• Step Four: Select your date and estimated times.
• Step Five: Select Notes in the bottom right and enter info.

• Step 5: Review and Submit!
